The 29th Annual Conference on Lost Foam and V-process Casting was held from November 3rd to 5th, 2025, in Yulin City, Guangxi Province. The event was hosted by China Foundry Association and jointly organized by the Lost Foam and V-process Casting Branch of CFA and Guangxi Jinchuang Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Yuchai Group. Special support was provided by Yantai Zhengtai Foundry Machinery Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Denghua Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. Over 300 delegates attended the conference, representing various provinces and cities across China, including enterprises engaged in lost foam and V-process casting production, equipment manufacturing firms, suppliers of raw and auxiliary materials, as well as experts, scholars, and faculty and students from higher education institutions within the foundry industry.

In his speech, Mr. Wang Dongsheng, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of China Foundry Association, acknowledged the significant achievements attained by the lost foam and V-process casting sectors during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. He further outlined potential challenges and emerging opportunities anticipated in the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, expressing well-considered expectations for the advancement of various industry domains. He emphasized the importance of proactive collaboration under the leadership of the new council, urging the branch to actively advance its initiatives, protect industry interests, and promote sustainable and healthy industrial development.

During the annual meeting, a concurrent exhibition and display event related to casting technology was also held, creating an opportunity for communication and cooperation in the field of lost foam and V-process casting. Many well-known enterprises in the industry showcased their advanced casting production lines, the latest casting equipment, high-quality raw and auxiliary materials, etc., with a rich and diverse range of display contents.
